Organization of payment for telecommunications services in post-crisis period

In the article some branch aspects of the organization payments for telecommunications companies are analyzed. The civil conceptual framework applied in the sphere of rendering services of cellular communication is investigated. The most actual problems in an existing order of mutual settlements are revealed and analyzed. The package of measures on improvement of financial performance of the telecommunication companies during the post-crisis period is offered, recommendations on modification of the current legislation are made
