In the article it is noted that the most actual and debatable problem of the modern financial theory and practice is the income of individuals. The author's paradigm and method of calculation of the income of the population of Russia in the conditions of globalization of market economy are presented. In summary suggestions for improvement of management by the income of individuals as most important factor of economic development of society are given.
