World experience of attraction of direct foreign investments in conditions of economy globalization

In the article distinctive characteristics and regulatory trends in foreign direct investment (FDI) on the international and national levels, highlights the advantages and disadvantages of foreign models to stimulate foreign investment ("American", "Japanese", "Taiwan") are revealed. Based on the compilation and analysis of factors (determinants) FDI, the specific use of modern methods and tools of state incentives and FDI in the world at the present stage of economic integration, a brief analysis of the problems of state regulation of FDI in Russia directions and measures to improve the Russian model of incentives and attracting FDI are developed and offered.
