To question on creation in Russia mega regulator of financial market

In the article it is noted that creation of the mega-regulator of the financial market which will happen on the basis of Bank of Russia at the expense of transfer of all functions of FFMS of Russia to it has to become the next important step on a formation way in Russia the international financial center. Discussions on the mega-regulator of the financial market, foreign experience in this question, expediency of creation of the universal regulator in the Russian conditions are considered historical aspect of development in Russia, and also alternative ways of improvement of system of bodies of regulation, control and supervision in the domestic financial market are offered.
