Investment model of leasing transactions

In the article the assessment of efficiency of the transaction on the leasing contract from positions of the investment project is given. The model of the investment transaction with representation of results of calculation in the form of a financial portrait of leasing on the basis of Exel spreadsheet is offered. The model contains basic data under the leasing contract, results of calculations, and streams of leasing payments and streams of repayment of the credit the lesser. The possibilities of application of model for coordination of interests of participants of the contract of leasing are presented.
