Pre-active risk management processes of organizational-economic system: classification of risks for example of projects of public-private partnerships

In the article risk classification as pre-active risk management processes, implemented successively after such operations as the identification and filtering risks is considered. In researches it is confirmed the need for risk classification as such signs are supplemented by the author's classification of a vision put forward and justify the author's model of risk classification, is testing a prototype model at the same stage of the life cycle of PPP projects – initiating phase of the project.
