Powers of pledge lenders upon sale of property of the debtor-bankrupt in electronic form

Sphere of realization of property under the bankruptcy is currently one of the examples of successful regulation. A significant amount of property constitute are items of collateral. Translation of trades, including collateral, in electronic format provides lenders a considerable advantage in achieving the objectives of bankruptcy procedures are presented. The conclusions are drawn on efficiency of electronic procedures, some recommendations to creditors according to the obligations provided with pledge of property of the bankrupt debtor are offered.
