The article is devoted to the problems of the formation of the Bank and the Fund for financial assistance as the basis of integration of the BRICS financial capacity of the participating countries through the sharing of building a model of international monetary relations to economic integration and the coordinated operations in the BRICS in the global financial markets and mutual fund infrastructure projects.
