The development of securities market in the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the priorities in the Government of the Republic. In connection with the crisis in the global economy the problem of creating an effective system of governance has recently become even more relevant. In this article the worldwide experience of management and the creation of the securities market are analyzed. It is concluded that the financial crisis and the unstable political climate necessary to create the National Center for the example of France.
