Diagnosis of specific programs in the banks with state participation

In the article the new approach to evaluating efficiency of state developmental programs and projects implementation in banking is presented. The article also represents the assessment results of the abovementioned approach to small business supporting program and gives the recommendations how to use it in other supporting projects.
