The author presented two methods to standardize budget stability indices so that indices acquired comparability and, correspondingly, the research offered two ways of the budget stability evaluation based on the complex index data. The adjacency of the results obtained by those two methods confirms the accuracy and objectivity of the analysis. The analysis data, consequently, enables to use the evaluation criteria in order to improve the budget government efficiency of the Russian Federation regions.
