Forecasting of external sector development of the Russian economy in short-, middle- and long-term perspectives

In the present work short-time, middle-time and long-time forecasts of development of Russian economy and its balance of payments are presented. It is proved that in the middle-time period of forecasting mobilized currency cash flow from products export will be enough for financing products and services import, timely operating state and corporate external liabilities, and accumulating gold and foreign currency reserves. In the long-term period as a result of changes in the technological way of the world economy net export will be decreased and capital inflow into country will be depend on the country's capability to generate new innovations and high technologies.
