In the article the interaction scheme business of structures and higher education institutions is considered, the use consequences the private and state partnership, both for investors and educational institutions is analyzed. The review of approaches to monitoring of requirement of business in qualified personnel on the basis of the imbalance analysis between supply and demand on a labor market is provided.
