Analysis of the facts ensuring financial sustainability of the banking system developed in Georgia and the search of the ways for their realization determine the actuality of the study of issues related to the steadiness of the banking system conditioning the economic stabilization and development in the country on the other hand. It means that changes in the banking sphere should be considered as the part of economic reforms. The conditions are studied and concrete ways of achievement of financial stability of already created banking system taking into account features of national economy are offered.
