Characteristics of financial risks and their features in oil industry

The essential characteristics of financial risks are disclosed in this article, author's definition to "financial risk" is given. On the base of summarization and addition of existing theoretical lines of risk-management there author's classification of financial risks at organization are offered. Distinctive features of financial risks of the enterprises of oil industry are defined and opened.
