In the modern economic situation the problem of appropriate development of the region becomes more urgent and to secure it the municipal institutions should develop a strategy of innovative development. The effective realization of this strategy is conditioned by the cooperation of subjects of innovative activity on different levels. In the article the fuzzy coalition game of the region's innovative participants is studied which gives them the possibility to perform tasks more effectively and quickly in a team than they would be able to manage it individually.
