Formation of financial and information capital as result of information and financial services markets integration

In the article it is noted that the institutes representing financial and information capital come to change to the international organizations on regulation of world finance. This type of the capital began to dominate as there is the increasing merging of financial services as primary form of its address to information services. One of the central problems in such conditions is resolution of conflicts of asymmetry of the information streams generated by the financial market.
