In the present work divisions of foreign exchanged activity regulation and modernization of Russian economy are presented. It is determined goals and tasks of foreign exchange strategy of the country. It is satisfied that under conditions of the post-crisis development of the world that the basic divisions of foreign exchanged strategy of Russia will be international cooperation, state regulation and private-public partnership. The necessary complex of actions within each of the directions of strategy stimulating modernization of the Russian economy is presented.
