Methods of evaluating the effectiveness of departmental target programs of regional budget

In the article the comparative analysis of rules of formation and assessment of efficiency of departmental target programs of various territorial subjects of the Russian Federation is presented. It is concluded that the features of implementation of such programs in Krasnoyarsk area for 2007-2011. New definition of the departmental target program of the regional budget is proved. The results of approbation of the technique of an assessment of efficiency of departmental target programs developed by the author are described.
