System transformations in economy and finance: theory, empirical regularities, adaptive tools

In the article it is noted that in aggregate system transformations of the last decades the special place is taken by financial transformations mega-, macro - and microeconomic character. At the micro-level they are shown in the form of change of models of measurement and management that means "paradigm shift" in corporate courses. Representing the main vector of perspective changes in the Russian companies, these transformations have specific character and cause need of development of adaptive tools.
