Position of Russia in context of the hidden financial methods of global management

In the world the global control system of the states with application of financial methods was created. However this system is differently applied in the different countries. As a result one states receive more favorable conditions for development, and others, on the contrary, are compelled to feed them with every possible resources, becoming, in fact, the modern colonies. In article are analyzed the modern methods of the hidden financial management which allow the dominating countries to receive benefit at the expense of so-called developing countries. In particular, the financial situation in Russia and the USA is compared. The conclusion is drawn that methods of elimination of a problem of financial parasitism are beyond the financial science.
