The article is devoted to the problem of improving the effectiveness of global governance in a global economy based on the achievement of post-industrial interoperability. The transition to an economy characterized by post-industrial orientation towards the gradual transformation of the horizontal and vertical control systems at all levels of the hierarchical and network-centric nature and components of institutional networks for post-industrial "repackaging" arrangements for the management of post-industrial imperatives of interoperability.
