Two decades in the post-reform of Russia XIX century: finance and credit

In the article the features of the Russian state budget in the second half of the XIX century which was reduced with deficiency are shown. The Ministry of Finance was one of the key ministries. In 1860 the State bank was created. The number of private banks increased. The state and private business in the sphere of railway transport has development.
