In the article to the problems of energy and strategic control: highlight of the Russian economy in the nuclear potential macroeconomic dynamic massifs moving across boundaries value of energy and raw materials sectors, focusing Russian corporations in class segments of global markets, where the cores monetized - formed in Russia - the added value , "package" of corporate fixed array of value added, monetized value transfer from abroad in the Russian economy are considered.
