Problems of stock mechanism development on the grain market in Russia

In the article the problem of development of exchange trade by grain in Russia and an order of use of instruments of price risks insurance are considered. The need of creation of real exchange mechanisms of pricing and the reasons interfering it are defined. It is offered to raise level of financial literacy of participants of economic processes and to introduce the foreign experience of use of urgent contracts.
