Financial development and economic growth

In the article the problem of the relationship level of financial development and economic growth is considered. The interrelation of monetization level and average per capita gross domestic product according to 214 countries is analyzed. On the basis of the same data research of interrelation of change of monetization and rates of economic growth from 1961 for 2011 is investigated. The result was confirmed by a variety of hypotheses about causal connections of financial development and economic growth.
