Assessment of level of financial centers development using the method of multiple discriminant analysis

In the article the classifications of the international financial centers are considered. Techniques of their assessment and the factors defining development are analyzed. The model of an assessment of a level of the financial centers development, based on application of the algorithm of discriminant analysis is offered. The rating of 38 financial centers is made.
