Electronic tendering is step towards the formation of common economic space

In the article it is noted that scope of the auction as way of a choice of the contractor promptly extends: practically in all cases of an expenditure of the budgetary funds and transition of the rights to the state or municipal property the competitive auction is marked. The electronic form of the auction gives the maximum effect and even more often gets out the legislator as priority. It is emphasized that regulation of procedures of purchase and sale in various scopes of the auction significantly differs, despite the basic legal regulation. The practice of the organization and participation in the auction of managing subjects speaks about the various extent of achievement of trade and purchasing activity by the companies using this or that model of the auction. The results of the analysis of various models of carrying out the adjustable auction are given, the conclusion is drawn that the need of unification of auction procedures, competition, sale by means of the public offer in various scopes of the auction, in particular the auction held in an electronic form.
