In the article it is analyzed the options for implementing a new world currency equivalent value which can be the cart. The basic functions of international monetary Center - alleged issuer base global currency, managing foreign exchange settlements, strategic reserves of raw materials, the stabilization of prices in international commodity markets are presented.
