Institutional (subject) features (planning) process of regional budget

In the article it is noted that process of budget planning at the regional level assumes the participation of a wide range of subjects (institutes). They define the purposes and the directions of the budgetary activity, provide providing information, form legal base, and carry out financial calculations. Division of the subjects of budget planning in the region on nature of participation is justified and the characteristic of activity of the most important participants is given
