Boundaries and scope of the state in Russian banking system

In the article the problem of presence of the state in a banking system of Russia is considered. The concept of definition "bank with the state participation" is given. The information on number of banks with the state participation following the results of 2011 are presented. The features of participation of the state in the capital of domestic credit institutions are analyzed. Definition of the concept "perimeter of banks with the state participation" is offered.
