In the article the need of development of a technique of an capitalization assessment of regional economic potential is jistified. The algorithm of such assessment on the basis of a method of capitalization of the income with use of an integrated indicator of economic capacity of the region is offered and realized. Absolute and relative measures of capitalization of the economic capacity of the regions of Central Black Earth economic region are calculated.
