Problems of revenue out of regional budgets of the Russian Federation and their solutions

In the article the problems of execution of revenues of regions of the Russian Federation are considered. The assumption that low budgetary security of territories is a consequence of inefficient system of differentiation and distribution of taxes between budgets of different levels is reasoned. The practice of formation of profitable base of regional and local budgets in various subjects of the Russian Federation is studied. For increase in revenues of regional budgets need of improvement of system of distribution of tax sources of the income on the budgetary vertical is proved.
