Foreign experience of development of housing mortgage

In the article it is noted that sometimes more reasonable to use available funds for development of the business and to take the credit in bank, than to spend all sum for housing purchase. Attempt to prove that it will be favorable option and at residential real estate acquisition abroad is made.
