Foreign concession capital in new economic policy

The new economic policy (New Economic Policy) takes an important place in historical development of Russia. It is caused, first of all, by that the New Economic Policy represents effective carrying out complex reforming of economy. In this sense the studying of experience of the New Economic Policy is very actually now as for the analysis of results of modern reforming of the Russian economy, and for definition of ways of economic policy.
