In the article the main directions of improvement of system of economic regulation of agrarian sector are offered. With a view of improvement of economic regulation methodical recommendations about definition of indicative levels of enterprise profitability in agrarian sector are developed. The main directions of improvement of the credit relations and actions for improvement of investment and innovative climate are defined.
