In the article the main features and problems of integration of the financial market of Russia in the world financial system are considered. The variants of a ratio of financial integration are allocated. The problems are analyzed and the assessment of a state of various segments of the Russian financial market is given. Influence of integration on dynamics of the financial market Russian Federation is defined. Insufficient efficiency of development of the national financial market is proved the directions of its integration into the world financial system are defined.
