In the article the methodical approaches to the organization of investment process at the modern enterprise are presented. Procedure of formation of regulations of investment process on the basis of such parameters, as an entrance and an exit, the owner of investment process is considered. Classification signs of group of projects in investment portfolios for the purpose of increase of efficiency, the analysis and an assessment of projects are revealed. The level system of the filters, allowing to range the investment projects on degree of expediency and sequence of execution is presented.
