Essentially-content characteristics of agricultural areas in poly-system approach

In the article the essentially-content characteristic of the agrarian territories in poly-system approach is given. It is proved that differentiation of concepts "rural" and "agrarian" explains emergence of disproportions in redistribution of the added value in agriculture. Algorithms of identification of agrarian territories, managements on the basis of financing of "growth zones" for modernization of production and creation of innovative workplaces, and account of processes of self-organizing proceeding and emergence of synergetic effects are offered.
