In the article possible risks of the budgetary establishments of health care in the conditions of funding mechanism modernization are considered. The reasons of their emergence are analyzed and the classification is given. The special attention is given to possibility of minimization of financial risks by means of modification of the current legislation regulating an order of protection health of citizens and the taxation of the budgetary establishments.
