Features of management of finance of multilevel companies during the post-crisis period

In the article it is noted that the problems of development of the multilevel companies in Russia demand justification of effective methods of management by financial streams. Such concepts as "multilevel structure" and "holding", the review of financial performance of the various multilevel companies of Russia in crisis are considered. The measures for decrease in financial losses of the companies during the crisis period are offered. The conclusion that management of finance in multilevel structure is the multistage process covering all spheres of this structure and based on effective work both the head company, and affiliated divisions is drawn.
