In the article the modified type of the conditional version of the international model of an assessment of financial assets of ICAPM for determination of efficiency of specific integration is offered. Practical approbation of model on an example of oil and gas sector of the Russian Federation is carried out. The received results can be used by the international and domestic investors for development of financial strategy.
