Prospects of development of retail bank services in the Russian market

In the article a role and prospects of the retail direction in activity of the credit organizations and its feature in 2000-2012 are considered. The regularities of development of the domestic retail segment are revealed. The current situation assessment with arrears on the retail credits is given, the solutions of a way of return of the saved-up debts are offered. Some new directions in activity of the universal banks, promoting growth of the market of retail bank services are formulated.
