Organizational and financial mechanisms of regional motor clusters

In the article the features and advantages of creation of regional clusters on the basis of the motor transportation enterprises are considered. It is shown that thus it is necessary to form new organizational and financial mechanisms of relationship between the enterprises entering into a cluster. The choice of the mechanism defined by the degree of subordination parent company enterprise cluster is defined.
