In the article the features of interaction of financial and real sectors of economy in the conditions of industrialization are considered. The analysis of a current state of economy of Russia allowed to reveal the main problems which exist in financial and real sectors. The conclusion that elimination of the main contradictions in interaction of a financial system and real sector will promote transition of national economy to innovative way of development that will provide competitiveness of the Russian enterprises in the world market is drawn.
