Methods of organizing the financial resources of economic and social development of state

In the article the possible ways of the financial guarantee of economic and social development of Russia are considered. Two scenarios are possible. The first is connected with the development of liberal economy and the decentralization of the financial resources, created in the country. The second - with the development of the mixed economy, increase in the role of state in the economic and social processes and centralization of financial resources in the budgetary system. The advantages of the second scenario are emphasized.
