Testing the criteria for assessment the efficiency of activity of bodies of the state financial control

In the article it is noted that the state financial control is the most important instrument of implementation of the budgetary programs at the proper level. Various approaches to an assessment of efficiency of the state financial control are considered. On an example of the results of activity of Interregional territorial administration of Federal service of the financial and budgetary supervision in Krasnodar area testing of separate techniques of an assessment of efficiency is presented.
