In the article the current state of the budgetary planning at regional level is considered. The special attention is given to a problem of a deviation of the budgetary projections from indicators of the actual execution of the budgetary income and expenses. The possible directions of development of system of the budgetary planning in subjects of the Russian Federation are investigated.
