Basic principles of financial innovation strategy of Russia

In the article by results of 10-flight research of a problem of creation of effective financial strategy in the conditions of global globalized open economic system attempt to generalize the main conclusions about modern aspects of development of world and national financial systems is offered, the new concept of management is offered by their development, the short description of the main innovative mechanisms which, according to the author, create additional incentives and possibilities of their internationalization at regional, country and international levels with a view of an exit of Russia to new level of evolutionary development is given.
