In the article problems of observance of reliability principle of the regional budget in interrelation with the analysis of reliability of indicators of a forecast of social and economic development are investigated. Macroeconomic conditions of performance of the regional budget are considered, the comparative analysis of the reasons of default of budget settings is carried out.
